Scope and controller

This LeadMart.lt notice also applies to the information and quotation forms on lastminutelead.leadmart.lt and pay4lead.leadmart.lt, managed by the same controller to respond to and manage enquiries about its services. It does not apply to the lastminutelead.com marketplace or external services.

The controller is LeadMart UAB, company code 306716237, VAT number LT100016887219, registered office at Architektu g. 56-101, LT-04111 Vilnius, Lithuania.

Information submitted through the form

We receive the information you choose to submit: full name, company or organisation, email, optional phone number, reason for contacting us and your message.

We use it to respond to and manage your enquiry. Providing it is voluntary; without the necessary contact details and information, we may be unable to respond. Please do not include sensitive personal data or personal information unrelated to your enquiry.

For enquiries about quotations or services, the legal basis is taking steps at the data subject's request before entering into a contract, where applicable. For other correspondence, it is LeadMart's legitimate interest in managing communications, assessed against the data subject's rights.

Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a newsletter or constitute consent to advertising.

Retention, recipients and rights

Information is accessible to authorised personnel and the providers required to operate the website and manage communications, according to their respective roles.

You may request access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing, and exercise your rights to object and to data portability where applicable.

You may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, including Lithuania's State Data Protection Inspectorate (Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija).

Enquiry management does not involve automated decision-making. Optional measurement is described below.

Browsing, cookies and external services

WhatsApp will be provided as an external link, without an embedded widget. Clicking it takes you to a service governed by its own privacy notice. The same distinction applies to Last Minute Lead and other external websites.

Optional measurement and cookies

On the two new subdomains, with marketing consent, Meta Platforms (Meta Pixel) and Google (Google Ads) receive visit and interaction events to measure advertising. The device also sends technical data needed by their services. We do not include names, email addresses, phone numbers or form text in event parameters. Preferences can be changed in the footer; declining does not prevent enquiries.

Registration clicks measure an exit to the portal, not completed registrations. Enquiry events are generated only after confirmed storage. Google Tag Manager is not loaded alongside direct tags to avoid duplication. Google Analytics operates only with analytics consent. OpenAI Ads receives visits and confirmed enquiries only with marketing consent, using an essential image pixel without automatic form-field collection. A session cookie retains an available OpenAI advertising reference (oppref) across the two subdomains and is removed on withdrawal. Provider notice: https://openai.com/policies/privacy-policy/.
